Wash and dry all produce. Drop garlic herb butter into a glass of warm water to soften.
Drain pepper and onion mix. Halve baguettes.

Drizzle cooking oil into a #large skillet{}. Add italian chicken sausage mix and drained pepper and onion mix. Cook, breaking up meat, until cooked through ~{5%minutes}.
Stir in marinara cup and turn off heat. Top with mozzarella cheese and set aside until cheese melts.

Spread softened garlic herb butter onto baguette halves.
In a #medium bowl{}, toss mixed greens, halved grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, sliced almonds, and italian dressing until evenly coated.

Pile cheesy sausage mixture onto buttered baguette halves. Serve immediately with the mixed green salad.
